Leboulch has made its mark on modern agriculture: thousands of tippers, spreaders, trays, trailers and livestock trucks have already been manufactured at La Vieille-Lyre (Normandy) and marketed throughout Europe. It is a strong industrial group providing flexible, customised services thanks to its standardised manufacturing, modern production processes and in-house design office.
Trailed Leboulch forage wagons have two separate running gears: a single axle on a 360° turret at the front, ensuring a shorter turning angle and easy manoeuvring (Ø greater than 100 cm), and a single or double axle (tandem suspension as standard) at the rear, depending on the model. Hydraulic braking of all axles is standard (except 100T20 and 100T20) and a retaining spring equips the tiller to keep it level.
For transporting straw bales, JOSKIN offers, among others, the WAGO in a trailed version 8 to 11.7 m long for a technically permissible load of 10 to 21 tonnes. It is manufactured automatically (cutting and welding) using special steels that give it very high strength. Its structure is made up of 120 x 120 beams at the front and 300 x 100 beams at the rear, while the floor is designed by folding to maximise its strength.
