All objects are built without test areas, which means that the game does not check whether there are disturbing objects nearby, so that they can easily be placed inside.
In addition, I recommend the “free placement” mode for interior rentals.
However, I recommend leaving this on for outdoor space rentals as they adapt to the floor.
In order to do justice to the economy of the farming simulator, I also calculate 1 day = 1 month.
