This mod allows you to lease production points placed on the map by default.

Key Features:
- Lease or buy options: Instead of the standard purchase screen, you can now choose between buying or leasing.
- Cancel leasing: Stopping the lease works similarly to the in-game sell function. When you click on a placeable, there will be a 'Cancel Leasing' button instead of 'Sell'.
- Limitations: This function works only for buildings that are already on the map. It is not possible to build a new building and lease it.
