In the base game, the low beams are turned off when the high beams or front work lights are turned on.
With Mod, high beams or front work lights are turned on in addition to the low beams, which significantly improves visibility in the dark.

Note:
Only active if your light settings are HIGH. Not recommended for use on low-powered systems.
