[Forestry 101] How To Get Rid Of Stumps

Welcome to your next “Forestry 101” lesson of the Farming Simulator Academy! Today, we’ll show you how to get rid of stumps. After chopping down trees, tree stumps are left on the field. If you want to plant new trees or use the land for other purposes, you need to get rid of the leftovers, first. It's quick and easy.

What You Need For Removing Stumps

• Tractor: To operate the mulcher.
• Forestry mulcher: To get rid of the stump.
• Front weight: To use with the mulcher.

Let’s Get To Work!

Step 1: Mount the machine

Position the rear of the tractor behind the mulching tool and press the respective button to mount the machine. Drive to the stump.

Step 2: Mulch it!

Lower the mulcher and turn it on. Now, you just drive over the stump. If it is too high, you can adjust the mulcher accordingly. And that's it.
