Requirements: How to become an official partner

To become an official GIANTS partner, you have to

  • meet the minimum requirement of 3.000 points
  • you have to have at least five Farming Simulator content items published recently (videos, articles or social postings, for example) - two of those have to be older than three months
  • verify your E-Mail address after sending your partner request

The total score of acquired points is calculated based on various key figures indicating your reach - with focus on live-streaming and video production. You can obtain additional points with a reduced factor by the amount of Social Media followers on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

  • Per Twitch follower you gain 2 points
  • Per YouTube follower you gain 1 point
  • Per Social Media follower you gain >1 point

Benefits: Bronze, Silver & Gold level rewards

There are Regular, Bronze, Silver and Gold Members in our Partner Program. Depending on the revenue generated by affiliate links, partners can expect various rewards. 

Tied to Regular, Bronze, Silver and Gold tier levels, partners earn a fixed percentage share of the affiliate revenue as well as varying rewards like event invitations and high-grade prizes when reaching certain milestones. Get more info on the exact rewards in the Partner Program!

If you want to become a partner, and meet the requirements as listed above, feel free to send in your application on partner.giants-software.com! We will evaluate your profile and confirm your membership if eligible. Please note, this process can take a while because of the heavy amount of applications!

Partner Program Guidelines and Information

When you first are accepted into the Partner Program, please make sure that everything is set up correct and if you have any questions regarding the Partner Program, reach out to the Community Team using the provided buttons.

Keep in mind, that we have a blog for any released information and all currently available announcements.

You can also use the affiliate links in the Dashboard to promote and help us sell eShop version of our games and DLC. This will grant you a part of the price as a reward and the more you make use of this, the higher in Partner Rank you rise. More on that later.

Partner Ranks + Benefits

Partners come in various ranks. Everyone starts at Regular and can work up to Gold level. Each rank comes with a greater share on the rewards and other boons depending on the rank.

The thresholds for each level are calculated on an 18-month basis, so only sales generated in the past 18 months are accounted for.

Exclusivity

  • Requirements
    • Exclusivity in the Farming Simulator Genre
      Specifically, this means that when it comes to Farming Games, you do not create content for any potential competitor of Farming Simulator where the focus is on agricultural machinery and their use. Cozy farming games that do not have a simulation aspect do not apply.
    • No other affiliate program use to sell GIANTS Software products
      General purpose affiliate programs like Amazon Partnerships are okay, but if it’s specifically for selling games or GIANTS Software products directly, than you are not eligible for exclusivity

Personal Details

Please make sure to keep your personal details up to date, especially your Email Address, Name and physical Address. The latter is particularly important as we sometimes would love to send you little thank yous and the Partner Program Awards.

Payment Details

To facilitate a payout, make sure to enter your banking details. If you do not have an IBAN/BIC code, make sure to use the option “Other”. A BIC or SWIFT code can be provided by your bank, some banks provide this information publicly.
You can also contact your bank regarding the availability of an IBAN/BIC number, which we recommend since it allows for easier transfers.
Minimum payout is at 25 € and will then happen at the end of the next month.

Newsletters & Discord

In your Dashboard, you can find the option of “OptIn to Newsletters”. We use this to send you information. If you do not check this box and save it, we will not send you emails.
You can also find an access link to the Partner Program Discord there. Feel free to join it to get in touch with us and get information.
